Bureau Selected as a UK Online Centre

 

Using the Internet as part of our work has become essential. We have access to up to date information about laws and regulations. We also encourage our clients to make use of online resources - especially our award winning website adviceguide. But for those without the confidence or knowledge to access information online, this can mean nothing, In fact, with so much information online, getting information through conventional means has become even more difficult.  Helping our clients, and  citizens of Northampton opportunities to “get online” and make the most of the opportunities this presents is therefore an essential aim. That's why we’re delighted to announce our status as a UK online centre. We’ll be offering hundreds of people opportunities to get online by running a series of short courses here at our new premises. More information coming  soon

Benefits and Money Advice Service

Our award winning service is part of a national partnership between participating Citizens Advice Bureaux and The Royal British Legion and The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund.

 

If you have served in the armed services, recently, or many years in the past, or are a dependent of someone who has, we may be able to help you. Our dedicated service offers full debt or benefits casework, as well as help with other problems to eligible individuals.
