We all know that the recession has hit hard.

That’s why its more important than ever to claim the benefits and tax credits that you are entitled to. The trouble is many people don’t. We are working in partnership with Northampton Borough Council, to put this right. Find out about our new service here

Do you work in the public sector?

Do you manage a team that deals with clients, customers or service users who could benefit from our services?

We can provide your team with free training. If you struggle to know what to do with clients or service users who present with debt, benefit or housing problems - then we can provide tailored sessions for your staff team to equip them to help more effectively, to recognise the limits of their own expertise and to refer effectively . We can also explain the resources we make available "online" that you can use to help clients or service users "help themselves". Sessions are organised at your place or ours and at your convenience and are completely free of charge. We can arrange one session or a series - perhaps on the back of staff meetings.
